Protect yourself from impersonation

Data Architect LLC may be impersonated through look-alike websites, fraudulent email, fake investment or financing offers, social-media accounts, and other online communications. These communications are not authorized by Data Architect.

Authorized online channels

For Data Architect communications, verify that you are using an authorized domain:

A similar spelling, extra word, different top-level domain, or personal email address may indicate an impersonation attempt.

Warning signs

  • Requests for passwords, multifactor authentication codes, or account credentials.
  • Urgent requests to send money, change payment instructions, or share sensitive financial information.
  • Unsolicited promises of financing, investment returns, employment, or guaranteed approval using the Data Architect name.
  • Links to domains that do not exactly match an authorized Data Architect domain.
  • Requests to continue a business conversation through an unverified account or messaging channel.

If you receive suspicious communication

  1. Do not click links, open attachments, provide credentials, or send funds.
  2. Verify the sender independently by typing da.company into your browser or calling our published number.
